- Answer incoming calls for crisis support and information
- Assess risk and manage admissions for program participants
- Actively listen and create personalized action plans
- Monitor safety and facilitate conflict resolution

- Diploma in a related field with one year of experience
- Knowledge of domestic abuse resources in the community
