In this role, guide a multidisciplinary team while ensuring clients with substance use disorders receive tailored support and housing stability. Your expertise will drive clinical excellence and adherence to high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical operations and staff in daily activities
- Monitor staff caseload progress and conduct file reviews
- Prepare and present reports to the Administrator
- Maintain compliance with information technology affecting programs
- Serve as a liaison for housing opportunities with landlords Requirements:
- Experience in clinical supervision and program management
- Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
