Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, and cybersecurity domain knowledge to support business initiatives and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business and functional requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, and User Stories.

Analyze current-state and future-state processes, conduct gap analysis, and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with business, cybersecurity, operations, and technical teams to align solutions with business objectives.

Define KPIs, success criteria, and business cases to support decision-making.

Support UAT, change management, project delivery, and post-implementation reviews.





Maintain requirements traceability and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Must-Have Skills:

BRD, FRD, and User Story documentation.

Current-state and future-state process analysis.

Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting tools.

Preferred Skills:

Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.

Robust stakeholder management and requirements gathering.

Additional Skills:
Business Analysis, Cybersecurity, Project Management.
