You will work directly with architects, developers, and stakeholders to transform business needs into actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business architects on project solutions
• Conduct workshops and interviews for requirements gathering
• Develop user stories and detailed documents iteratively
• Create Jira tickets and process maps for clarity
• Participate actively in sprint activities and retrospectives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2-5 years as a business analyst in technical projects
• Experience in consulting or client service delivery preferred
• Familiarity with travel or airline industries is a plus
• Strong multitasking and resilient under pressure
