Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding

Maintain ATS and candidate records

Conduct candidate screening and interviews

Coordinate orientation and onboarding activities

Issue employment agreements and complete pre-employment checks

Payroll & Timecard Processing (20%)

Review and process employee timecards

Support payroll changes including recent hires, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations

Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations

Ensure compliance with employment legislation

HR Operations (10%)

Prepare HR correspondence

Maintain employee records and documentation

Performance & Talent Management (15%)

Coordinate performance review cycles

Track learning initiatives and reimbursements

HRIS Maintenance & Updates (10%)

Maintain HRIS and employee records

Support HRIS updates, enhancements, and reporting

Assist employees with HRIS inquiries

HR Reporting, Analytics & Projects (15%)

Prepare HR reports and dashboards

Analyze recruitment, retention, turnover, and absenteeism data

Conduct compensation and labour market research

Support HR projects and process improvements
