Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Home Care Attendant to deliver personal care and home support to clients in their homes. You will work as part of a Home Care team, following an established plan of care to help clients remain at home safely.

The role requires Grade 12 and a Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide certificate; bilingual ability is essential. Travel to regional facilities may be required, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle is needed.
