We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our busy community pharmacy.
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Be confident working in a busy, quick-paced environment.
Be reliable, punctual and a excellent team player.
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Be able to assist customers with over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products.
Be organised and able to multitask.
Previous pharmacy experience is preferred but not essential. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
Assisting with over-the-counter sales and referring customers to the pharmacist when appropriate.
Restocking shelves and maintaining displays.
Supporting the pharmacy team with daily tasks.
