Rubicon Organics’ Flower Room Lead is responsible for guiding the cultivation team through flowering, from flip to harvest, at the Cascadia Facility in Hope, BC. This role ensures plants receive optimal care and that defoliation, pruning, and harvest activities follow SOPs to maintain product quality.
Reporting to the Flower Room Supervisor, you will train, coach, and coordinate labour, document processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a quick-paced production workplace.
