Key Responsibilities:
• Complete assigned maintenance work orders and track materials
• Perform minor repairs like fixing faucets and unclogging toilets
• Assist in larger maintenance projects and preventative tasks
• Support event setups and clean work areas
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Requirements:
• General maintenance or labor experience required
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
• Willingness to work on-call shifts
• Comfort with outdoor work in all weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
