This significant role involves accountable testing and sampling of raw materials and products under general supervision. As a Level 2 inspector, you'll utilize various techniques, including SPC principles and geometric dimensioning. Your ability to interpret engineering drawings and perform detailed inspections will be crucial in maintaining high-quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect products and conduct quality audits
• Perform destructive testing and evaluations
• Utilize measuring equipment effectively
• Operate CMM and assist in capability studies
• Issue Nonconforming Material Tags when necessary
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum two years of related inspection experience
• Intermediate knowledge of SPC and geometric dimensioning
• Ability to read blueprints and understand procedures
• Proficiency in using micrometers and gauging equipment
