Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a part time social worker for Melfort Hospital’s Mental Health Community Clinics & Programs. The role involves assessments, treatment planning, referrals and case management for individuals and families with mental health or addiction concerns.
Interdisciplinary teamwork is essential and HSAS terms apply. Preference for HSAS members under the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
