Job Summary
Johnston Meier Insurance has a position available for a Licensed Commercial Lines CSR at our office in Quesnel. If you have a General Insurance Level 2 license and at least 5 years of Commercial Lines insurance office experience, we would like to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Assist Commercial Producers with their portfolios in numerous areas such as marketing, processing, customer contact for additional information, accounts receivable, claims reporting to name a few

Collaborate daily with producers and team members through Microsoft Teams to support the coordination of commercial lines accounts and ensure timely, accurate communication

Keep detailed notes on our computer system at all times (Paperless Workplace)

Keep abeyances updated and current

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Minimum Level 2 General Insurance Salesperson License

Minimum 5 years of insurance office experience in commercial lines

Strong communication skills to apply to underwriters, customers and team members

Strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills





Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service

Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary

Company Portal knowledge is an asset

Computer skills including working knowledge with Word & Excel
