Guide current customers through onboarding and product setup

Respond to customer questions with clear, timely, and helpful communication

Educate customers on product features, workflows, and best practices

Track customer goals, adoption signals, issues, and follow-up actions

Identify risks and escape technical or account concerns to the right teams

Capture customer feedback and partner with product, support,



and sales teams

Qualification
Required

Strong written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset

Excellent organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills

Ability to explain product concepts clearly to different audiences

Comfort learning software tools and managing multiple customer conversations

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment

Preferred

Internship, part-time, volunteer, or project experience in customer success, support, account management, or hospitality

Familiarity with CRM, help-desk, project management, or collaboration tools

Experience supporting a SaaS, technology, education, or recruiting product

Basic ability to analyze customer usage data and identify trends
