• Provide People and Performance support to client groups
• Coach managers on attendance and performance challenges

Requirements:
• Minimum two years experience in HR advisory roles
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
• Solid knowledge of employment law and standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
