As a Child Care Leader (RECE) at YMCA of Southwestern Ontario, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young children aged 0-6 through cultivating an engaging and nurturing program. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver child-centered programs using YMCA curriculum
• Mentor program educators and support supply staff daily




• Ensure cleanliness and organization in classrooms
• Provide compassionate care for children and families
• Maintain safety and supervision of children at all times

Requirements:
• Registered member with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
• Experience in licensed childcare as an RECE
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Vulnerable Criminal Reference Check (within 6 months)
• Minimum 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada
