As a Supervisor, you’ll report to the Site Manager and ensure all services align with Lookout’s mission. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site operations per society policies
• Manage service engagement, case planning, and discharge planning
• Conduct tenant intake and assist with crisis intervention




• Maintain records and statistical data diligently
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Two years post-secondary education and supervisory experience
• Current OFA 1 First Aid Certificate
• Familiarity with community resources and crisis intervention
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Criminal Record Clearance for vulnerable sector
