This fully remote, full time role blends creative instincts with performance thinking and collaborates with creators, editors, designers, and account managers across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
You’ll own the creative strategy loop from hypothesis to scale, developing data-backed hypotheses, writing briefs, and iterating quick to win.
