Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact Login Experience team responsible for authentication, session management, and passwordless login capabilities across digital platforms. This individual will partner with Product, Engineering, QE, and Architecture teams to translate business and product needs into transparent requirements, ensuring seamless and secure user authentication experiences. The ideal candidate will have solid experience leading requirements for complex digital initiatives in Agile environments and be comfortable working alongside technical teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - 8+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting digital products or technology initiatives
Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and developing acceptance criteria
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple systems, integrations, and dependencies
Background working in Agile environments (discovery, refinement, planning,



testing, release)
Experience using JIRA and Confluence
Experience with authentication and identity management solutions
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SSO, and Okta
Exposure to REST APIs, GraphQL, and web application architecture
Understanding of system integrations, dependencies, and technical trade-offs within digital platforms
Pay Transparency: The expected compensation for this position is $60-$74 per hour , plus applicable advantages and other eligible incentives.
