Teams are Edmonton or Calgary based and typically run 5–7 days, not a Mon-Fri schedule. Average monthly team miles range from 18,500 to 22,000 with a robust earning potential and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for LCV-certified teams. Pay is mile-based with $0.425 per mile paid for all miles per team driver, plus a safety bonus of $0.03 per mile and $15 per hook/unhook event.
