In this role, you will work as a Manufacturing Technologist focusing on hardware troubleshooting and system enhancements in the manufacturing process. Collaborating cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, and development teams, you will drive improvements, minimize defects, and enhance product quality and yield.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage production improvements in an electro-mechanical setting
• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical and process issues




• Execute verification and validation of product equipment and processes
• Maintain tooling and automated processes
• Document and analyze production failures and CAPA activities

Requirements:
• Technologist Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Technology
• Up to 3 years of experience in manufacturing support
• Solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Experience in Design of Experiments
• Ability to work effectively across departments
