Salt XC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across Salt XC and The Kitchen North America. You will build proactive pipelines, source top candidates, and partner with hiring managers on role scope and interview plans to drive rapid, quality hires.

You will work hands-on across Creatives to Digital roles, ensuring inclusive postings, timely feedback, and data-driven insights that improve speed and quality of hire.
