You will manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with various departments to understand workforce needs and develop strategies. This autonomous role requires sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Review and update job descriptions and specifications
- Post opportunities through ATS, job boards, and platforms
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field
- 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, a plus
