EIPS is recruiting a part-time (0.441 FTE) Grade 8 English Teacher at Rudolph Hennig Junior High working mornings on a continuous schedule .

Rudolph Hennig Junior High serves approximately 445 students in grades 7 to 9, with 24 teaching staff and 13 support staff. The school is located in Fort Saskatchewan, AB, approximately 20 kilometers north of Sherwood Park, AB. Schoolstaff are committed to fostering success in all students. The school believes respect for yourself and others, a desire to always do your best and a positive attitude will guide you to success.

Commencing October 26, 2026 and ending June 29, 2027.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Education degree

Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate

Effective organization and classroom management skills

Ability to create a classroom setting where students feel safe, supported, and challenged

Excellent verbal and written skills

Experience or familiarity with analyzing data and using data to inform decisions and/or instruction

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Growth mindset and ability to use feedback to improve practice

Relentless drive to set and achieve personal and professional goals

Non Violent Crisis Intervention training
