GardaWorld is seeking an experienced Industrial Shift Supervisor to lead security operations at a large industrial site in Fort McMurray. The role reports to the Site Manager and emphasizes safety culture, mentorship, and on-shift leadership.
The role is full time, 7/7, 12-hour rotations, with fly-in/fly-out travel and camp accommodations. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with personnel, and ensure client satisfaction.
