AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will provide direction to Personal Support Workers and collaborate with physicians and the health care team to meet residents' needs.
Applicants must have geriatric/long-term care nursing experience and a current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
