Duties May Include, But Are Not Limited To

Full-cycle bookkeeping support including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, collections, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and monthly statements

Support for year-end audit preparation and government filings (GST, PST, Source Deductions, etc.)

Assistance with inventory tracking and reporting

Reception duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries

General administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, managing office supplies,



and supporting other departments as needed

Providing internal support for team members and assisting in coordinating office activities

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping

Experience with payroll processing is an asset

Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while working with multiple locations

Customer-service oriented, organized, and detail-focused

Experience in construction, building supply, or multi-location businesses is an asset

Fluency in English (written and verbal)
