The YMCA of Greater Toronto seeks a dedicated Early Childhood Assistant for its Bolton location. This contract role, valid until September 30, 2027, requires a commitment to diversity and relationship-building with children and families. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of six months' experience supporting children's development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate care and support to children
• Build relationships with children and families
• Ensure the safety and supervision of children




• Observe children's learning and document progress
• Clean and sanitize child care spaces regularly

Requirements:
• High School Diploma and six months of childcare experience
• Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
• Up-to-date immunizations as required
• Flexibility with rotating shifts
• At least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in Canada
