You will turn raw data into actionable insights, build reports and dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions for resident care and operations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in CS, healthcare, statistics, or related field and 2–5 years of experience with SQL and Power BI, plus robust communication and problem-solving skills.
