We are looking for an Associate Lawyer with at least two years of direct experience in immigration and refugee matters. The role requires managing a diverse and high-volume caseload, including refugee claims, sponsorships, and inadmissibility issues. Candidates with an established client base are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients before the IRB and Federal Court
• Prepare H&C; applications, sponsorships, and appeals
• Conduct legal research and draft detailed submissions




• Communicate with clients, interpreters, and government officials
• Manage and bill Legal Aid Ontario certificates
Requirements:
• Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum of 2 years in immigration/refugee law
• Willingness to join Ontario Immigration roster
• Solid skills in legal drafting and client communication
