Provide compassionate care as a Registered Nurse in The Mount Continuing Care Community. Deliver essential nursing services to enhance resident comfort and safety within a supportive team workplace.

In this key nursing role, you will assist in delivering high-quality care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of residents are met. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vital signs, documentation of treatments, and supporting families with end-of-life care. Focus on person-centered care, working effectively under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, and maintaining a protected living setting for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with hygiene and grooming needs for residents
• Monitor and document vital signs and fluid intake/output




• Provide administration of creams and perform basic first aid
• Support recreational activities and assist with mobility
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff

Requirements:
• Completion of recognized RCW program or equivalent
• Up to date CPR certification
• Criminal record check required
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
• Experience with dementia care is an asset
