Senior DesignerEntro’s Toronto office is seeking a Senior Designer to lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of environmental branding and wayfinding initiatives. The role includes design team leadership and client‑facing responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesDesign team leadership in the design, development, detailing and implementation of signage, environmental graphics, identity, branding and print projectsSupport the Creative Director in creating conceptual renderings, artwork, and graphic materials and design intent specificationsMeet with clients to assess project needs and lead client‑facing design presentationsCreate wayfinding strategies, message schedules and signage location plansBuild relationships with clients and suppliers to develop effective working partnershipsMeet with design team and project management to determine project needs including budgeting, timing,



and project expectationsProvide necessary client liaison support throughout all stages of the projectOversee projects to ensure compliance to defined goals and standardsNurture a design focus and encourage a vibrant and enthusiastic design officeMentor and support emerging design team members in project tasks and in their career developmentQualificationsMinimum college diploma in graphic design or a similar fieldMinimum of 5 to 7 years professional experience; a portfolio that demonstrates experience with various aspects of signage design work is a plusPrevious experience in experiential graphic design, architecture, or industrial design firm settingKnowledge of signage and wayfinding production techniques is an assetComputer literacy and good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsInitiative and desire to learnDetail‑oriented and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a quick‑paced and constantly evolving environmentStrong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skillsBenefitsOur compensation range is $80,000 – $90,000 per year.Our office is located on the shores of Lake Ontario, with easy access to TTC and walking distance to Union Station.
