You'll help plan each job, lead safety on site, and ensure work is completed efficiently, professionally, and to Horizon's high standards.ISA Arborist Certification is required, along with at least one of the following:TRAQ CertificationUtility Arborist CertificationWhat You'll Be DoingLead, train, and support your crew on job sitesPerform advanced tree pruning and removal workSafely operate and maintain aerial lifts, chippers, chainsaws, ropes, and rigging equipmentPlan work and communicate job plans clearly before starting each taskLead daily safety talks and complete equipment inspectionsEnsure safe work practices and emergency procedures are followedComplete crew timecards and required safety documentationTroubleshoot equipment and help keep the crew operating efficientlyRepresent Horizon professionally and provide excellent customer service on every jobWhat You BringCertifications & EducationISA Arborist Certification requiredTRAQ or Utility Arborist Certification requiredCertified Faller or Faller EndorsementValid Class 5 Driver's Licence; Air Brake endorsement is an assetTCP,
