JOB SUMMARY
LOCATION: Grande Prairie, Alberta. CLOSING DATE: October 18, 2026 or until suitable candidate is found. SALARY/WAGE: $22.00-$28.00/hour.

The Agency is assisting Deverdenne Davis Cyr LLP in the recruitment of a full time Receptionist. The successful candidate will represent the firm in a pleasant, professional manner while providing exceptional client service and completing a variety of reception and administrative responsibilities. This role is well suited to an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented qualified who takes pride in creating a welcoming client experience and handling confidential information with discretion.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome clients and provide a skilled first point of contact

Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries

Maintain a high level of confidentiality of client and firm information

Coordinate client appointments and scheduling

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and correspondence

Receive, organize, and track client files and documentation

Support electronic file and bookkeeping backup processes

Maintain accurate client records and database information

Monitor and order office supplies as needed





Provide general administrative support to the team

Assist with other office duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of related reception or administrative experience, or equivalent post-secondary education

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Professional and friendly telephone manner

Excellent organization and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Comfortable working with electronic files and digital records

Dependable, efficient, and able to manage competing priorities

Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
