Assistant/Associate Golf Skilled: Lindsay Golf & Country Club

Founded in 1909, the original 9 hole course used to back onto Kent Street in downtown Lindsay. Our current golf course is an 18 hole facility designed in 2000 by Graham Cooke and opened for play in 2002. The golf course tips out at around 7100 yards and has 6 different sets of tees to be enjoyed. LGCC is a semi-private facility with over 400+ active members!

Job Summary: Lindsay Golf and Country Club is seeking a motivated candidate to join our skilled team for 2027 and beyond! This role offers a unique chance to dive into all aspects of golf operations working in cohesiveness with the Head Golf Professional and Golf Shop staff. The ideal candidate will have the desire to join a busy facility boasting over 400 active members and a busy practice/teaching facility!

Responsibilities
Assist Head Golf Skilled in execution of all Member and Outside golf events
Engage in sales, merchandising, inventory management, and various administrative tasks
Manage Golf Operations Team (approximately 20 staff)




Coordinate Men’s and Ladies Leagues with other staff
Play regularly with our members
Teach lessons outside of scheduled hours
Check-in Members and Guests in the Pro Shop utilizing POS System

Qualifications
PGA Member in Good Standing -Class A Designation a plus but not mandatory
An outgoing and vibrant personality with a customer-first mindset
A dedicated team player who thrives on delivering exceptional service
Proficiency Golf Genius
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising staff
Ability to teach golfers of all skill levels
A keen eye for detail in the retail and merchandising space

Compensation
Salary: $1000-$1100/week commensurate with experience
Lesson Revenue - 90%
