Fraser Health Authority seeks a Rehabilitation Assistant to support therapists in Ridge Meadows Hospital, delivering patient-centered rehabilitative care. You will help with activities of daily living, mobility, and strengthening under PT/OT direction.
You will work as part of an interprofessional team, document progress, and contribute to care planning while ensuring safety and quality of care for clients in a community hospital setting.
