ICTC is seeking a Program Manager to join the Capacity Building & Innovation team. This one-year, full-time term role manages and delivers a workforce development program, oversees budgets and timelines, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures program objectives and funder requirements are achieved.
The ideal candidate has solid stakeholder management, organized, proactive program management experience, and a track record in employer-facing workforce initiatives.
