As the Program Leader at our Satellite Centre, you will implement developmentally appropriate programs, manage administrative duties, and foster community relationships. Your role will be centered on ensuring a safe, inclusive setting for both children and families while fulfilling the core responsibilities of the Before and After School programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome children and families during arrivals and departures
• Support children's emotional and social needs




• Prepare healthy snacks following food safety standards
• Facilitate meaningful indoor and outdoor learning activities
• Communicate professionally with families and staff

Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma and ECE membership
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered ECE
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of child development and behavioral guidance
• Commitment to a positive team-oriented environment
