The chosen candidate will join the esteemed team in Calgary to support client engagement in Wealth Management. A proactive approach towards client-facing responsibilities is essential, along with a keen focus on organizing transactions and reporting. This position requires organizational skills, a solid understanding of the securities industry, and an ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Investment Advisors in client relationship management
• Execute client transaction processes accurately and timely
• Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional service




• Prepare and distribute reports and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers for account administration

Requirements:
• CIRO Licensed or working towards it
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software tools
