This student position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on professional experience while continuing your studies.

In this role, you will participate in the daily and periodic reconciliation of financial data, identify and analyze discrepancies, and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

Your Role Perform daily and monthly reconciliations between internal and external systems (e.g., banking, mutual funds, GICs, Trust, RBroker).

Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and follow up until resolution.

Ensure the accuracy of balances, positions, and financial transactions.

Document analyses and adhere to established procedures and controls.

Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to resolve discrepancies.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of reconciliation processes and documentation.

Your Team Our team consists of 19 professionals who play a key role in ensuring the reliability and integrity of investment operations.

Requirements Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational program.

Interest in financial reconciliations and discrepancy analysis.

Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Excel and various technology applications.

Ability to quickly learn new systems and operational processes.

Strong teamwork, accountability, and communication skills.

Interest in long-term career development and growth within the organization.

Availability to work part-time on a variable schedule between 6:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to meet the operational needs of the team.
