As an EHS Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting Setting, Health & Safety programs within SHEIN's supply chain and warehouse. Your hands-on experience in warehouses or logistics will be vital in management, compliance, and risk assessment. Engage with cross-functional teams to promote a compliant and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain EHS and Loss Prevention programs
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety inspections
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
• Support incident investigations and prepare reports
• Deliver EHS training and emergency preparedness activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 2 years of EHS or Loss Prevention experience
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management
• First Aid certification required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance documentation
