The position serves as a key link between Rental Territory Managers, customers, drivers, transportation providers, and branch teams to ensure rental opportunities are supported efficiently from initial inquiry through equipment return. The role supports strong customer relationships, accurate rental administration, equipment utilization, and overall rental sales performance. What You Will Be Responsible For Provide exceptional customer service by responding to rental inquiries, identifying customer requirements, resolving concerns, and supporting a seamless rental experience. Support Rental Territory Managers with customer inquiries, rental opportunities, quotes, agreements, follow-up, and administrative requirements. Provide customers and Territory Managers with information regarding equipment selection, availability, operation, and rental solutions. Prepare accurate rental quotes, agreements, and supporting documentation in accordance with established pricing and branch practices.
