CMHA Algoma is seeking a Case Manager to deliver community-based case management for individuals with mental illness and/or addictions, helping connect them to resources to improve wellbeing.
You will assess needs, plan for crises, and coordinate services, meeting clients in their settings with compassion and adherence to agency policies and applicable regulations. Bilingual English/French preferred.
