The facility manufactures complex, tight-tolerance components using advanced CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities Perform First-Off, In-Process, Final, and Incoming Inspections Program, operate, edit, and validate CMM equipment/programs Perform dimensional inspection of precision CNC-machined components Operate Vision Inspection Systems Use micrometers, verniers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
