At Akinox, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented compliance professional with 2 to 5 years of relevant IT experience. You will oversee compliance programs, coordinate audit preparations, and maintain policies while collaborating with various teams. A strong interest in artificial intelligence will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer the compliance program and maintain the GRC platform
• Track non-conformities, risks, and corrective actions
• Support preparations for ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 audits
• Conduct follow-ups on audits 60-90 days in advance
• Coordinate privacy assessments related to AI tools
Requirements:
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT
• Background in compliance, governance, or risk management
• Knowledge of ISO standards is a strong asset
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
