The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.

The candidate must clean and pile salvaged materials.

The candidate must clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.

The candidate must remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.

There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.

The candidate must have Fall Arrest Protection Training Course Certification.

The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

The candidate must be flexible.

The candidate should be reliable.

The candidate should be a good team player.

The candidate must be hardworking.

The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.





The candidate must be able to work at heights.

The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.

The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

The candidate must be willing to work in hazardous conditions.

The candidate must be able to work in dusty, cold/refrigerated and hot conditions.

The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.

The candidate must work on a construction site.

Equipment and machinery experience

The candidate must have prior experience using hand tools.

The candidate must be skilled in the construction of industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential buildings.

Security and safety

The candidate must be bondable.

The candidate has access to public transportation.

Work conditions and physical capabilities

The candidate should be able to work in fast-paced busy setting.

The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.

The candidate should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.

The candidate must finished the work with in the given time line.
Own tools/equipment

The candidate must have tools, steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, a safety vest, and rain gear.

The candidate will receive an available parking facility where employer provide parking to employee at a cost that is less than the fair market value of the parking space.
