As a Buffet Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. Under the guidance of the Front of the House Shift Supervisor, you will excel in guest service, manage seating, and comply with health and safety standards. This dynamic role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
• Review daily specials and promotions for guests




• Monitor and assign seating fairly and consistently
• Prepare cashier/hostess station for each shift
• Communicate issues to FOH Manager effectively

Requirements:
• Valid Alberta ProServe Certification
• 1-2 years in a high-volume foodservice environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Physically capable of standing for long periods
