We partner closely with the leading platformsin each of these areas.
The role We are hiring our first Sales Development Representative to build a pipeline forour sales team. You will open doors with new prospects through cold outreach andhelp our existing clients discover services they are not yet using. You willwork directly with our Head of Sales and a team of five account executives, andwith our technology partners on joint campaigns.
This is a phone-first role. If you enjoy live conversations and can earn ameeting in the first 30 seconds of a call, you will do well here.
What you will do Cold calling: Prospect into target accounts by phone, supported by email andLinkedIn, to book qualified discovery meetings for our account executives.
Warm calling and cross-sell: Call existing clients to uncover needs inpractices they do not yet use, and hand off qualified opportunities.
Partner follow-up: Work leads from partner co-sell programs, events and jointcampaigns quickly and consistently.
Research accounts and contacts to tailor every conversation to the prospect’splatforms and business priorities.
Qualify interest on need, timing, authority, budget and platform fit beforehanding off.




Keep the CRM accurate, with every call, email, meeting and next step loggedthe same day.
Share what you hear from the market (objections, competitor mentions, trends)with sales and marketing.
What you bring Required 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR or inside sales role selling B2B technology orservices, with a track record against meeting or pipeline quotas OR theattitude and aptitude to want to excel and succeed
High-volume cold calling experience and comfort handling objections live
Clear, confident written and verbal English
Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
The self-direction and organization to succeed remotely
Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
Nice to have Experience selling consulting or professional services, or in theData/Analytics, Integration or AI ecosystems
Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato,Snowflake, Databricks or Power BI, etc
Experience prospecting into mid-market and enterprise IT and business leaders
Account-based prospecting or partner co-selling experience
Compensation and benefits Base salary: CA$55,000–$65,000 per year
On-target earnings (OTE): CA$70,000–$80,000 per year
Variable pay when achieving your targets

Fully remote, with a home-office and phone/headset stipend
Direct coaching from the GVP of Sales and a defined path to Account Executive
Final base salary within the range depends on experience.
