The Resident Care Manager will report to the Director of Care and manage Resident Care Services. Responsibilities include recruitment, staff training, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for recent residents. You will also oversee care plan development, conduct performance appraisals, and uphold compliance with provincial standards throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train nursing staff effectively
• Provide regular performance feedback to teams
• Schedule and oversee resident care conferences
• Maintain high standards of resident service orientation
• Lead the department in Director's absence

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
• 5 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of provincial legislation in Alberta, BC, Ontario
• Experience with Dementia care
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
