In this regular full time role, you will bring 6-9 years of experience in property construction estimation, vendor processes, and large loss assessments. Your responsibilities include supporting Claims staff, providing technical expertise, and ensuring accurate estimates through thorough inspections and evaluations while working with vendors. This position supports direct client impact through timely and accurate estimations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality control on property damage estimates




• Support on-site scope setting and estimation
• Provide knowledge and coaching to Claims staff
• Recommend repair estimate values for claims
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards

Requirements:
• 6-9 years in property claims or estimation
• Education in property construction or related field
• IICRC accreditation and Xactimate certification
• Understanding of construction industry standards
• Own vehicle required for site visits
