Castlemain is hiring a Claims Helper to support Indigenous communities across Canada. The role provides trauma-informed, culturally protected assistance to class members with claims, resources, and the claims process, delivered virtually or in-person as needed.
You will collaborate with other helpers to ensure coordinated support, build relationships with communities and partners, and assist with completions, updates, appeals, and connections to mental health, legal and cultural services.
